1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the bbgl platform (the "Service"), you ("User," "Player," "you") enter into a legally binding agreement with bbgl ("we," "us," "our," "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you and bbgl and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Service and may not create or maintain a bbgl account.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the bbgl Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Material changes will be communicated through email notification to your registered address or via prominent notice on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use bbgl services. bbgl operates in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and accepts players residing in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and can provide valid government-issued identification proving your age and identity;
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of account creation and each session;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under Philippine law;
• You are not prohibited from using bbgl services by any applicable law, regulation, or court order;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from bbgl or any affiliated gaming platform.

bbgl reserves the right to verify your age, identity, and location at any time through document submission, third-party verification services, or other reasonable means. Failure to provide requested verification within seven (7) business days may result in account suspension or termination, with funds returned to your original deposit method following verification completion.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create a bbgl account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in all registration fields;
• Maintain only one (1) account per person — duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited;
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential and secure;
• Immediately notify bbgl of any unauthorized access or security breach concerning your account;
• Update your account information promptly when any registered details change.

bbgl prohibits account registration by third parties acting on your behalf. Accounts registered using false information, temporary email addresses, VPN services to mask location, or any other deceptive means will be immediately terminated. Any associated funds may be forfeited, and bbgl reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for fraudulent account creation.

2.3 Account Restrictions

You may not create an account or use bbgl services if you are employed by bbgl, a game provider partner, affiliate marketer, or any related entity with access to non-public information regarding Platform operations. Accounts found to have been created in violation of this restriction will be closed immediately, and any winnings derived from such accounts may be voided.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bbgl accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (now Maya), online bank transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank, and other major Philippine banks, and cryptocurrency (USDT via TRC-20 network). All deposits must be made from accounts or wallets registered in your own name matching your bbgl account details.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally range from ₱100 to ₱500. Maximum deposit limits are determined by your account verification level and payment method. bbgl does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may assess transaction charges which are your sole responsibility.

3.2 Deposit Processing and Crediting

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya typically credit to your bbgl wallet within seconds. Bank transfers process within 5-30 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time) and may experience delays outside these hours or on holidays. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmations and typically complete within 15-45 minutes depending on network congestion.

You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in your payment source and for covering any overdraft, insufficient funds, or transaction decline fees imposed by your bank or payment provider. bbgl is not liable for delayed deposits resulting from third-party payment processor issues, bank processing delays, or incorrect payment details provided by you.

3.3 Deposit Source Verification

All deposits must originate from legitimate sources. bbgl complies with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your deposited funds. This may include bank statements, payslips, tax returns, or other financial records. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions until verification is completed.

Deposits from third-party accounts, corporate accounts not registered to you personally, anonymous payment methods, or sources that cannot be verified will be declined and returned to the originating account, potentially minus applicable transaction fees.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Processing

Players may request withdrawals at any time, subject to meeting wagering requirements on active bonuses and completing account verification procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits are ₱100,000 per transaction, ₱500,000 per day, and ₱2,000,000 per month for standard accounts. VIP tier members enjoy higher limits as outlined in the bbgl VIP program terms.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise impossible or impractical. Processing times are typically 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM PST) and up to 24 hours for requests submitted outside these hours. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 may require additional verification and process within 24-72 hours.

4.2 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding ₱50,000, bbgl will request identity verification documents including a valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or Philippine Identification Card), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months), and selfie holding your ID document. Additional documentation may be required for high-value transactions or if inconsistencies are detected.

bbgl reserves the right to conduct ongoing verification checks at any time, including requests for updated documentation, video verification calls, or additional proof of funds. Accounts failing to complete verification within thirty (30) days of the initial request may be suspended until verification is satisfied.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals are subject to the following restrictions: all deposit amounts must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal eligibility; active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or bonuses forfeited before withdrawal; withdrawal requests cancel any active bonus and associated bonus funds; withdrawals may be declined if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or terms violations are suspected.

bbgl does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals in the same month incur a ₱50 processing fee. Expedited withdrawal processing (within 1 hour) is available for VIP Gold tier and above members.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bbgl offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements detailed in each promotion's individual terms. By claiming a bonus, you acknowledge and accept all associated terms.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount or thirty times (30x) the combined deposit and bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within thirty (30) days of bonus activation, after which any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the specific criteria outlined in each promotion. General restrictions include: one (1) active bonus per player at any time; bonuses are only available to players depositing from verified payment methods in their own name; employees, affiliates, and related parties of bbgl are not eligible for promotional bonuses unless explicitly stated; players with a history of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity are permanently excluded from bonus eligibility.

Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game category: slots contribute 100%; video poker and table games contribute 10%; live dealer games contribute 10%; progressive jackpot games and excluded titles contribute 0%. A complete list of game contributions and excluded games is available on the bbgl website and may be updated at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

bbgl defines bonus abuse as any activity intended to exploit promotional offers for guaranteed profit without genuine gameplay risk, including but not limited to: betting on opposite outcomes in table games (e.g., red and black in roulette); irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly; coordinated play between multiple players to secure bonus funds.

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, active bonuses canceled, and may face account suspension or permanent closure. bbgl's decision regarding bonus abuse is final and not subject to dispute or arbitration.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generator Certification

All games on the bbgl platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by internationally recognized testing laboratories including iTech Labs, Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), and eCOGRA. These RNGs ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and free from manipulation by bbgl or any third party.

Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot and video poker games and are independently audited on a quarterly basis. Live dealer games operate under the supervision of trained dealers and gaming managers with all gameplay recorded for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.

6.2 Prohibited Gaming Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbgl platform and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of bots, artificial intelligence, automated betting systems, or any software designed to interact with bbgl games without manual player input;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or game malfunctions for financial gain;
• Collusion with other players in poker or other multiplayer games to gain unfair advantage;
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to mask location or identity;
• Accessing bbgl games through unauthorized third-party applications or modified clients;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract game code or algorithms;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity including chargeback fraud, identity theft, or money laundering.

6.3 Game Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical issue affecting gameplay or payout, bbgl reserves the right to void the affected game round(s) and refund all wagers. All gameplay is recorded and logged. If you believe a malfunction has occurred, you must report it to bbgl customer support within twenty-four (24) hours. Claims reported beyond this period will not be considered.

Obvious errors in odds, payout amounts, or game outcomes are void regardless of whether play has completed. bbgl is not liable for any losses resulting from game malfunctions or errors, and affected wagers will be refunded to your account balance.

7. Responsible Gaming and Account Limits

7.1 Self-Exclusion and Cooling-Off Periods

bbgl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Players may request temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support. During cooling-off periods, you will be unable to access your account, place wagers, or make deposits. Self-excluded players are permanently banned from creating new accounts or using bbgl services.

Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed. Players requesting self-exclusion must forfeit any active bonuses. Real money balances will be available for withdrawal following the standard verification process. bbgl will make reasonable efforts to prevent excluded players from creating new accounts but cannot guarantee detection of all attempts using altered personal information.

7.2 Deposit and Loss Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once implemented, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for seventy-two (72) hours. Limit decreases take effect immediately. Players may also set loss limits and session time reminders to manage gaming activity.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Termination

bbgl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• Engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Created multiple accounts or allowed others to use your account;
• Attempted to manipulate games or exploit system vulnerabilities;
• Failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Been identified as a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of bbgl.

8.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination, all active bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Your real money balance will be returned to you following completion of any pending investigations and verification procedures, minus any amounts owed to bbgl for fees, chargebacks, or terms violations. Terminated players are permanently banned from using bbgl services and creating new accounts.

bbgl reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant Philippine authorities including the Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group and PAGCOR regulatory division.

9. Intellectual Property and Licensing

All content on the bbgl platform including trademarks, logos, game titles, graphics, software code, text, images, and audiovisual elements are the exclusive property of bbgl or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use bbgl services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the bbgl platform without express written permission. Unauthorized use of bbgl intellectual property may result in legal action and monetary damages.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

bbgl provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. bbgl does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, bbgl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use bbgl services, including but not limited to losses from gambling activity, loss of profits, data loss, or system failures. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with bbgl services is to stop using the platform and close your account.

In no event shall bbgl's total liability to you exceed the amount you deposited during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of bbgl services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Metro Manila under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

Before initiating arbitration, you must first contact bbgl customer support to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may proceed to arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against bbgl.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Amendments to Terms

bbgl reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of bbgl services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without bbgl's prior written consent. bbgl may assign or transfer these Terms and any associated rights or obligations to any affiliate, successor entity, or third party without restriction or notice to you.

12.4 Force Majeure

bbgl shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, natural disasters, internet service provider failures, power outages, or cyber attacks.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the bbgl Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bbgl concerning your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
